Questionnaire on your health status during the COVID-19 pandemic

Thank you for taking part in the Busselton Healthy Ageing (Baby Boomer) Study which we first commenced in 2010, with the second (follow-up) phase currently  underway and due for completion in 2021.

We are interested in investigating the health impacts of the current COVID-19 pandemic and are particularly interested in assessing any changes to your circumstances and health during this unprecedented crisis.

Your involvement in this supplementary aspect of the Busselton Baby Boomer Study is completely voluntary. The questionnaire will take approximately 45 minutes to complete  for most people and involves questions on general physical and mental health, emotional resilience and coping behaviours, sleep patterns and social support relevant to the current situation. The data collected will help investigators identify groups of people with different combinations of chronic disease who may require more intensive health care needs during and after the COVID-19 crisis.

You may withdraw from the survey at any time, or have your responses removed from our database if you change  your mind
